Refund policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means you have 24 hours after placing an order for a live event to request a cancellation with full refund.
After 24 hours from booking have passed, further terms are below :
CONSULTING SESSION POLICY
Refunds
Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking.
After this period, bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
Requests made within 48 hours of the session cannot be accommodated.
Late Arrival
Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time.
Nature of Service
This session provides professional consulting and strategic advice based on the information provided by the client. Business results cannot be guaranteed and may vary.
Service Delivery
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a live consulting session, and the service will be considered delivered once the scheduled session has taken place.

LIVE IN-PERSON CLASSES
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable after 24 hours of purchase. Due to the limited number of spots and the live nature of this business class, we’re unable to accommodate cancellations or changes beyond this window. Please ensure you’re able to attend before booking.

PRIVATE DINNER SERVICES
Please find below the percentage of the entire amount for the booking that will be retained as a cancellation fee depending on the number of days preceding the event date.
- From Reservation day to 50 days before the date of the booked service - 30% of total fee charged as cancellation fee.
- From 49 days before the date of the booked service to 30 days before the date of the booked service - 50% of total fee charged as cancellation fee.
- From 29 days before the date of the booked service to 15 days before the date of the booked service - 70% of total fee charged as cancellation fee.
- From 14 days before the date of the booked service to 0 days before the date of the booked service - no refund issued.

LIVE ONLINE CLASSES
After 24 hours have passed from the time you booked you can no longer cancel for a full refund, but you can contact us up to 72 hours before the class takes place and we can transfer the date or transfer the ticket to someone else.
To be eligible for a refund, the class you purchased cannot have already occurred. Once the class has taken place no refunds will be issued.
If the class is cancelled or delayed by Chef Davide Cerretini you are eligible to either rebook the class for a different time, or receive a full refund.
If you miss a class due to your own error, technical problems or inability to connect, we do not offer a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products (e-books, recorded classes etc). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
